What do I get for free?
Free is $0, with no card needed. It covers 3 providers (Claude, OpenAI, and xAI), 30 days of history, smart routing with fusr/auto, prompt caching, the savings report, and one monthly spend cap. Your FUSR.ai key takes about 20 requests and 100k tokens a minute.
What does Pro add?
Pro is $29 a month, or $290 a year. It adds daily and monthly spend caps on each FUSR.ai key, routing that learns which model works best for you, side by side compare, spend alerts at the point you choose by email, Slack, or Discord, a weekly digest, the developer API and webhooks, and about 60 requests a minute.
What does Team add?
Team is $149 a month for up to 10 people. It has everything in Pro, plus owner, admin, and member roles, shared company API keys with a FUSR.ai key for each person, a monthly team budget with a cap per person, a team dashboard, rules for which models the team can use, 90 days of history, and about 120 requests a minute.
Is Team priced per person?
Up to a point. $149 a month covers up to 10 people. Each person after that is $12 a month. A team holds up to 50 people, counting open invites, and everyone you invite gets their own FUSR.ai key.
What counts as a provider?
A provider is one AI API you connect with your own key: Claude, OpenAI, and xAI. Every plan can connect all three.
Do I still pay my AI providers?
Yes. You bring your own API keys, and Anthropic, OpenAI, and xAI bill those keys directly. FUSR.ai adds nothing to token prices. The price here is for FUSR.ai only. Chat plans like Claude Pro or ChatGPT Plus are separate, and FUSR.ai does not use them.
How is payment handled?
Stripe charges the card you enter at checkout, and FUSR.ai never sees it. To change your card or see past invoices, open Billing in the app. It takes you to Stripe.
I'm already on Pro. Does my price change?
No. You keep the price you signed up at for as long as your subscription runs. Your Stripe invoices show it.
How do I cancel, and what happens then?
Cancel anytime from Billing. You keep the paid plan until the end of the period you've paid for. After that, your account runs on Free: 3 providers, 30 days of history, routing, caching, the savings report, and one monthly cap.
What if a payment fails?
Your account runs on Free limits until the payment goes through. An alert in the app links you to Billing, where you can update your card. Once Stripe marks the subscription active again, the paid plan comes back.
