These are the terms for FUSR.ai. “We” and “us” mean FUSR.ai. Michigan law governs these terms.

Free is $0. Pro is $29 per month or $290 per year. Team is $149 per month for up to 10 people, plus $12 per month for each person after that. Stripe bills the card you enter at checkout. FUSR.ai never sees the card.
A subscriber keeps the price they signed up at for as long as their subscription runs. We never move an existing subscription to a higher price.
You bring your own API keys. Anthropic, OpenAI, and xAI bill those keys directly, and FUSR.ai adds nothing to their token prices. Chat plans like Claude Pro or ChatGPT Plus are separate, and FUSR.ai does not use them.
A paid plan stays active until you cancel. Cancel from Billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you already paid for.
If a payment fails, paid features pause until Stripe marks the subscription active again. Limits follow the plan that is active, not the plan you selected and did not pay.
Spend and savings figures are estimates from logged token counts and published list prices. They are not a bill from Anthropic, OpenAI, or xAI.
