What FUSR.ai keeps

This page covers FUSR.ai. “We” and “us” mean FUSR.ai.

Questions? Email hello@fusr.ai.

FUSR.ai stores your account, organization, plan, and usage counts. It does not store card numbers or bank details. A provider API key you paste is stored encrypted only in the LiteLLM proxy, not in the app database. It is not shown again. The database keeps the last 4 characters as a fingerprint.

Stripe processes the subscription. We keep the Stripe customer id, the subscription id, the plan, the status, and the renewal time.

Usage rows are token or request counts. Prompt text is not written. Each organization can see only its own rows.

Shared learning. Once a day, FUSR.ai adds up how often requests went well for each task type and model, and uses those totals to help pick models on Pro and Team. On the Free plan, your usage always adds anonymous counts to these totals. They never include prompts, responses, or keys, or anything that names you or your organization, and a total is only used once at least 5 organizations add to it. On Pro and Team you can turn this off with the routing that learns switch in Settings, and your counts are left out from the next daily update.

Shared memory, on Pro and Team, is off until you turn it on. It keeps only the notes you type in Settings, encrypted, and only you can see them. When it's on, those notes go with requests on your FUSR.ai key to the model that answers. FUSR.ai never saves notes from your requests. You can edit, export, or delete them any time. Deleting is permanent.

If you turn on email alerts, they go to the address on your account. You can turn them off in Settings.

The FUSR.ai browser extension and the usage helper page are a free helper for your chat plans. What you log there (your plans, when you hit a limit, the reset time you type in) stays in your browser and is never sent to FUSR.ai. The extension's message counter is off unless you turn it on. When it's on, it counts how many times you press send on Claude, ChatGPT, or Grok, keeps that number in your browser, and never reads what you type or what comes back. If you also connect the extension to a FUSR.ai account, FUSR.ai keeps a hashed copy of its sign-in, the browser name, and when it was last used. You can revoke it any time in Settings.
